Tiropita Filling:

½ kg of Greek feta cheese, or any other similar type of cheese
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
3 teaspoons of flower
2 tablespoons of olive oil.

In order to prepare the tiropita filling, all you need to to is mix all the above ingredients into a mixing bowl. Make sure you crumble the feta cheese.

Phyllo Ingredients:

½ kg of all purpose flower
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of butter or oil
1 egg

Afterwards prepare the dough and make it into two phyllo pieces. Place one phyllo piece in the “oiled up” bottom of the pan while trying to cover all of the pans corners. Then add the filling and place the other phyllo piece over it. Join the phyllo pieces on the edge of the pan and pour the remaining egg all over the surface of the top piece of phyllo. We then place the pan in the preheated oven for about an hour. Make sure you preheat the oven at about 400.
