Béchamel Sauce for Mousakas

Greek Mousakas needs Béchamel Sauce. This is a simple recipe for preparing Mousakas quick and easy.

Béchamel Sauce Ingredients:
3 cups of milk,
3 tablespoons of butter,
7 teaspoons of flower or corn flour,
salt, pepper,
2 eggs

Heat up the milk slightly. In a pan we add some butter and when it melts we add the flower. After mixing well we slowly add the milk without stopping the mixing. We add the salt and the pepper and leave the sauce to thicken and become smooth. Before the sauce cools down add the beaten eggs and mix well. souce is fantastic, just the number of flower is a bit to high:) max i have put in was 3 or 4 tbs and it was perfect!
